SDPS Early Career Psychiatrist Case Consultation Group

As one of our efforts to support young psychiatrists in practice SDPS is starting a quarterly case consultation group in the coming Fall. The group will gather at a member's home about once every three months. Our goal is to provide a casual, supportive environment to enhance growth of clinical knowledge and skills. Participants will have opportunities to seek advice and guidance from senior members of SDPS as well as support each other through clinical challenges. We are honored to have Dan Gardner MD as the host of our first meeting. Dr. Gardner is an accomplished psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. He also has extensive experience in traumatic brain injury and providing consultation to complex cases. Members at all career levels are welcome to attend.
